Inshop

Jimmy John’s is known for its tasty sandwiches that we serve freakily fast. As an In-shop team member, you’ll be the one that makes their sandwich so fast that you make their day as well. Or you’ll be the one to wow them with your register or drive through skills as you take their order.

Delivery Drivers

As a delivery driver, you will be the one that gets the customer’s food out of our store and to the customer’s door. You’ll use your knowledge of the area and your friendly customer service skill to deliver not only lunch or dinner, but a smile and a great experience to our customers. You’ll also help out in the store with cleaning and customer service when needed.

Manager-In-Training

Think you’ve got what it takes to lead a team of Rockstar sandwich makers and drivers? Our comprehensive management training program will prepare you for the first level of management in store operations, and where you go from there is up to you! Managers are in charge of delegating daily responsibilities to make sure the store utilizes the strengths of each team member to deliver flawless customer service.
